T1 Conifer - To lateral reduce the crown of the tree 2m mainly on the north and west aspects of the tree. There are no plans to reduce the height. Pruning will provide clearance of approximately 2.96 metres from the tree to the current structure, the garage. As stated in the application we propose to extend the existing patio/platform across the front of the garage to enable access to the rear garage door. Once complete there will be a minimum 1m clearance between the tree and the extended patio/platform. This should be sufficient clearance to allow external access from the front to the rear of the property (and vice versa) via the passage between the external side wall of the garage and the boundary with 5a.To allow unrestricted access to the rear of the property and to the access door on the rear of the garage.
