T1 large Beech - The tree has been confirmed to be dying and needs to be removed before any sections of it fall, potentially causing damage to property, or worse - injury to people. The tree will be removed to fence height (c 6ft) by the contractor. All arisings will be removed from site.Tree is in terminal decline - it has been in partial leaf for a year with the top half of the tree without leaf, and the bottom thinning rapidly across the summer. Decline believed to be due to drought last summer, potentially previous winter also. The site is bordered on all sides by residential properties which are well drained.Not appropriate to replant due to the nature of the site (see email attached)
