Description

Refer to appendix 1 for a detailed description of the proposed works subject of the notification. Refer to appendix 2 shows the location of the trees subject of the notification. For information the plan also features information related to a concurrent discharge of an extant Planning Permission 22/07046/FU, condition 20.Refer to appendix 3 which details a request from Adrian Whitmore to undertake the removal of an Ash tree T18 which occupies the highway/public footpath.By way of clarification the Section 211 notification is submitted to enable the applicant to undertake a range of tree work that is not wholly located within the red edge application site of Planning Permission 22/07046/FU i.e. T2 and T18. Authorisation to undertake the proposed tree work will also enable the timely and cost effective installation of tree protection fencing in anticipation of the condition discharge application. In terms of T2 this tree occupies the grounds of 1 Greycourt, Gledhow Lane, Gledhow Leeds LS8 1NQ and the Ash T18 is a Local Authority managed highway tree.Appendix 4 shows the poor condition of Apple tree T15.
