Horse Chestnut -Applying for a 3 meter all round canopy reductionThe tree has had a major limb failure in winter of 2022 from one of the limbs across the entrance to the car park workersat Oakwood hall who hold liability to visiting clients would obviously like to reduce the risk of this happening again. Therefore, a 3 meter all round canopy reduction would help mitigate the risk of this circumstance reoccurring, as a more compact andbalanced canopy would make the tree safer - reducing the weakened or overextended branches that could fall and damage property, cars or visitors during high winds.
