T5258 Silver Birch - Crown lift birches over road to 5.2m.T5259 Ash - Reduce to ground level. Two (marked with pink dot) ash trees adj to road, both have dieback in the crown and lots of deadwood throughout. They are overhanging the road up on a bank. T5260 Elm - Reduce dead and severely declined elm to ground level. T5261 Elm - Reduce to ground level. Adj to patio on steep bank above the road, no limbs overhang road only the patio.We propose to replace the ash tree (5259) with a Himalayan Birch tree, and the 2 elm trees (5260 and 5261) with white lilac trees. We intend to replant the trees as close as possible to the trees we are instructing to reduce.
