Description

T8 - Remove to ground level. Poor shoot extension and dieback in upper crown. T9 - Sympathetically prune lateral branches over roof to achieve a clearance of 2.5m.T14 - Prune lateral branches to provide a clearance of 3m to building.T15 - Stem division at 2m becoming included, minor deadwood throughout. Carry out 4m maximum reduction of secondary stem only, prune upper canopy to provide 2m clearance from roof.T16 - Stem and crown biased towards adjacent building with some lateral branches now in contact, ivy clad up to 5m. Remove ivy to ground and prune branches to achieve a clearance of 2m to propertyT20 - Large dominant specimen with spreading crown at 7m with minor deadwood throughout. Remove deadwood over walking area.T22 - Crown reduce canopy (light) by 2m maximum all around to ensure longevityT24 - Reduce northern stem by 3m maximum.T26 - Lightly crown raise over grass area to 2m.T27 - Lightly crown raise to 2m.T28 and T30 - Clear basal epicormic growth and inspect buttress roots for defects. Remove epicormic growth to first major union.T37 - Large mature tree with stem dividing into 3 at 3m all with sound unions at time of inspection. Wound observed on stem growing over carriageway but unable to ascertain extent of decayed wood (if any), deadwood throughout. Remove major deadwood over 5cm and observe (provide photograph) of any cavity present on the stem growing over the carriageway. Findings may result in minor weight reduction and non invasive bracing.T38 - Large mature tree with stem dividing to two at 3.5m, minor deadwood throughout and lower lateral branches in contact with roof of number 3. Prune branches in contact with number 3 to provide 2m clearance and inspect union.
