T1 Oak - Remove. T2 Sycamore - Remove (growing at base of Oak) T3 Ash - Remove. G6 Cypress - We are proposing to prune the entire group back on the western side only in line with the boundary 1.5m. Trees are not situated on the site, so only want them pruning back on the site side. T24 Willow - Prune the canopy back on the western aspect only (maximum of 2.5m) to avoid any overhang from the access track. We shouldn't need to crown lift it if approved. Again, this tree is of low amenity value to the area.T25 Cypress - Prune the canopy back on the western aspect only (1.5m maximum) to avoid any overhang from the access track.
