T1 Elm "ulmus glaba" - To be Pollarded to previous points at 8-10m depending on branch been reduced, as the crown is multi stem. This is to reduce weight and reduce the risk of failure over property and where children play. Tree seems to have been pollarded many years ago and has a considerable lean out of the embankment and over garden, worried that the tree may fail in heavy winds but wants to retain the tree at a manageable and safe height.T2- Holly "ilex aquifolium" - To be reduced down to 8ft to retain as a hedge, work is to reduce weight and risk of failure over garden from rock face, intention is to retain as a shrub to not disturb the rocks around the root plate for safety factors.
