The considerable limbs overhanging 5 Victoria Terrace, 6 Victoria Terrace and the close proximity to the property of 64 Otley road have given increasing rise to the safety of occupants of the properties and the integrity to the structure wall and structure of 64 Otley road.Wall experts have advised rebuilding the wall around the tree would not be possible and an unsafe option. The tree is located on the land of 64 Otley Road, Headingley Leeds LS6 4BA. Arborists have been engaged to advise on the options of the tree in question, the removal of the tree is the only option that will mitigate the heath and safety, wall and structural risk issues.
