Tree is leaning over adjacent property, has bark damage to tension side of stem and visible decay from ground level to approximately 3m.T2 Silver Birch - Fell to ground level. Low amenity woodland tree, not being felled due to condition.T3 Silver Birch - Fell to ground level. Situated at boundary, has cavity at 1m from ground level and upper crown is becoming exposed. Similar adjacent trees have recently failed.No replanting can take place due to the area being a dense woodland with limited areas for any additional planting.
