The neighbours property is approximately 3.5m from the tree.T4 Silver Birch - It is intended to reduce the height and 3 lower major limbs as shown on the photograph. The lowest cut is at 3m where overhanging the boundary, The next cut is proposed at 4m height. The next cut up is at 7m and the cut to the main stem will be at 10m. No further thinning is proposed.T5 Ash - It is intended to trim lowest 2 limbs located at 4m height on the west and south west back to the main trunk. Two further branches to be trimmed to the south side as shown at a height of 10m as shown on the photograph. Any additional thinning will be limited to 10% of the crown.T6 Copper Beech - It is intended to trim the south facing limb as shown at a height of 7m together with cutting of other limbs at heights of 7m, 10m and 14m as shown on the photograph. No additional thinning is proposed
