T1 Goat Willow - Removal as tree is dead, has caused damaged to boundary wall and pillar. Also extending over driveway causing a hazard to the public and owners due to the tree posture. Recommended by surveyor to be removed urgently ahead of it causing further damage.T2 Spruce - Removal due to blocking all light to the side of the property and is of a hazardous height. Also advised by surveyor to remove due to the proximity to the property and also damage caused to the boundary wall.Mixed Overgrown Hedging - this hedging has not been maintained and is now in serious need of attention. This mixed hedge consists of cotoneaster, conifer, holly, laurel, ewe.Replace with new hedging ahead of nesting season in order to ensure there is no impact to wildlife.
