T1 Fruit tree and sapling - The trees dominate the garden, block the view and sunlight and we're concerned about future damage to the property as they are so near the house.We are seeking to remove the trees completely. If we do not get this permission we will not proceed with the purchase as the house will then effectively not have a back garden.We will replant at the bottom of the garden if required but would prefer not to do so as the houses/gardens to the rear of the property are lower and tree roots would eventually damage the retaining wall of the garden.
