The schedule identifies T6 as Sycamore. The group schedule also does not identify any Beech or Fagus sylvatica.The site is not located within a Conservation Area.As the submitted application does not relate to a tree protected by the reviewed Tree Preservation Order and no Conservation Area controls apply the application has been withdrawn from TPO determination. No consent is required under Tree Preservation Order controls for the works as described.
