Reduce crown spread from approximately 6m to 5m.Council Note: The site has previously been associated with Tree Preservation Order records. However following inspection and review of the Council's records no evidence has been identified that the Order was confirmed and the Council does not therefore treat the site as subject to a valid Tree Preservation Order. The site is however located within the Stockwell Park Conservation Area. The notified works have been considered under section 211 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
