Description
Tree 1. London plane. 1) Reduce crown spread on east side, and south-east side (facing the building) by up to 3m. The post-pruning crown alignment is to extend no further back than the edge of the gravel area between the tree and building. 2) Raise the crown base on the north side overhanging the property adjacent to achieve a clearance of 4m above ground level. The post-pruning crown alignment is to extend no further back than 1m from the (building side) edge of the gravel area between the tree and building. 2) Reduce long low branch on the south-east side overhanging the neighbouring property, by 3-4 metres. See also Photograph 9 within the submitted report. In addition to the work specified above the removal of dead wood exceeding 20mm in diameter is proposed: however, dead wood removal does not require consent, so this work is not included within the TPO application.
