T1 - Wisteria - Remove climbers up property and windows. Trim remainder of Wisteria to tidy. The works are part of a regular maintenance programme to retain the tree at a suitable size for their location. The proposed works would not reduce the amenity value of the tree and will allow sustainable tree management in the long term.Application withdrawn. The proposed works relate to a Wisteria climber, which is not a tree and is not protected by the Tree Preservation Order. The TPO relates to a Lime tree in the front garden, which is not affected by the proposal. Application submitted and validated in error.
