Works to Protected Trees (TPO No. 179 1986):T5 Sycamore corresponding to TPO tree T1 or T2 Sycamore on the frontage of Pablo Neruda CloseSection fell to as close to ground level as practicable and grind stump to 250mm below ground level. Kretzschmaria deusta fruiting bodies at base in immature stage render the tree unsustainable. Current height approx 14 metres. Current canopy spread approx 6 metres.T17 Sycamore corresponding to TPO tree T3 or T4 Sycamore on the frontage groupCrown reduction by up to 3 metres. Reduction will lower overall height from approx 15 metres to 12 metres and reduce radial spread from approx 13 metres to 10 metres on all compass points.
