Reason: Tree to be replaced in next winter planting season [Oct 2025 - March 2026] and to be replaced with another medium canopy tree, possibly another birch.Note: The Council has withdrawn application 25/01694/TPO. The tree identified (Birch at Pymers Mead Verge, London SE21 8NH) is not subject to any Tree Preservation Order and is not located within a Conservation Area.
