The post validation report shall include an assessment of the noise levels received in the ground floor amenity space and if the assessment identifies mitigation measures are required to ensure that noise levels do not exceed 55dB LAeq (16 hour), then those mitigation measures must be implemented prior to occupation of the residential units"
