1. Horse chestnut - prune back growth to give a minimum of 2m clearance from roof and prune lower level epicormic growth on the gable side of the property back to the main trunk. Remove any significant deadwood. 2. Sycamore (Horse chestnut and sycamore form an aerodynamically cohesive pair.) Remove the two lowest live branches over the Upper Green road at their attachment points. Remaining outer growth over the road is to be selectively reduced, typically by around 12m and the lowest growth extending over the swimming pool pump room is also to have end length reduction by up to 2m, noting the multiple utility wires, and any significant deadwood is to be removed. 3. Fell 1 x Sycamore. 4. Fell 1 x Sycamore. 5. Norway Maple - crown lift to give around 4m clearance. Remove deadwood if required. 6. Fell 1 x Norway maple. 7. Fell 1 x Lime. 8. Small leafed lime - lift lower skirt of growth by way of repeat pruning to give around 3m clearance beneath. 9. Fell x 2 Norway maples (Two self-seeded trees). 10. Other trees - Remove dead wood where considered necessary.
