The proposed development is for five floor mounted solar panels to be installed on the north boundary of a currently farmed field. The development would not alter the change of use for the remainder of the parcel, the area under the panels would have to be maintained differently. This will equate to over 400m2, the remainder of the site area will be used for offsetting the plantation of trees for BNG purposes
