Oak tree (marked as Tree 96 in application) - Prune to create 1.5 m clearance from the building and remove epicormic growth on trunk. Giant Redwood tree (marked as Tree 97 in application) - Prune to create 1.5 m clearance from the building remove deadwood on trunk. Mixed species group (marked as G1 in application) - Coppice Hazel trees and crown raise the Sycamore trees to approximately 5m above ground level. Fell the smaller stems of the multi-stemmed group of Sycamore trees and Birch trees leaving one main stem/s. 3 x Dead trees (marked as Trees 001,002,003 in application) - Fell to ground level (consider leaving deadwood on site as habitat). Cherry tree (marked as tree 004 in application) - Crown raise over car park to approx. 3.5m from ground level.
