Description

Erection of rear L-shaped dormer roof outrigger extension with 2nos. front rooflights and 1no. flat rooflight. Erection of rear outbuilding.Two previous refusals:1: 24/02135/CPU. Reason of refusal is: It has not been demonstrated that the proposed development would maintain or reinstate the eaves of the original roof and that the edge of the enlargement closest to the eaves of the original roof would not be less than 0.2 metres from the eaves, measured along the roof slope from the outside edge of the eaves. We have amended the design accordingly. 2. 24/03094/CPU Reason of refusal is: The applicant tries to remove half of the chimney stack on their side only, but the whole structure is shared by two households and need full planning.
