Schedule 2 of the Electricity Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2017 (the 2017 Regulations) For consent under section 37 of the Electricity Act 1989: To divert the existing HV overhead line from the position shown highlighted blue on the plan, to the position shown between points A and B on the attached plan. These works have been triggered by safety concerns of the proximity of the line, to the farm machinery being used underneath it. The new position of the overhead line and poles is planned in the highway.
