Replace front facing windows from aluminum to uPVC (qty - x23 windows, x1 single door, x1 double door) - Replace x1 window from timber frame to uPVC frame, rear of building - Installation of new windows in side of building, qty- x5 & x2 Single door uPVC). Removal of asbestos sheeting on side of warehouse, Replace with Like for like as existing metal sheet cladding. - New cladding to be fitted where extensions have been demolished, cladding to match other existing areas of warehouse - Resurface middle roadway of site, with new tarmac. Demolition of unused sections of the single story extensions situated in the middle roadway
