Sadly, this tree is in decline, a danger to the garage structure to the south and almost 90% dead.T4 Sycamore (Acer Pseudoplatanus) - timber sawn and recycled for Permaculture garden structures on site. Self-seed poorly formed Sycamore is very close to the south wall and causes neighbours distress, especially when shedding its seeds, leave and resin.T5, T6 & T8 Cherry Plum (Prunus) - smaller timber members to be used for fire wood, larger for local wood-turning artists and wood carvers. These trees are self-seeded and not highly productive. They will be replaced with indigenous varieties, as advised by professional plum growers (e.g.: Leith House Plum Orchards);T7 Pear - [not Apple as reported] (Pyrus Communis) to be used used for fire wood, larger members for local wood-turning artists and wood carvers. This tree was poorly managed, has much disease and is rarely productive.
