Description

Magnolia Grandiflora - marked 2 on sketch - this tree is approx 12m tall and needs constant pruning - it shades the house but we are told by builders that it is growing under the house and causing problems with foundations - it is planted hard against the house and is simply too big for the position it is in. Japanese Flowering Cherry - marked 1 on sketch - this tree is planted against the patio wall and is undermining the foundations as well as shading the conservatory and towering above it - again it is too big for the position it is in. We are therefore applying for permission to fell both the above trees.
