2/TPO/00293: OAK 1: REMOVE. It is assessed as a self-seeded tree but is too close to its neighbour OAK 2 (about 12 inches) and I have been advised that it should be removed to safeguard OAK 2, which is larger and needs the root space for safest stability. OAK 1 to be REDUCED by up to 50% canopy, if REMOVE not acceptable. OAK 2: REDUCE the canopy by up to 50% to remove the branches that directly cover the driveway and are now reaching the house and to prevent direct and further overhang of the structure. This will afford protection to my property and allow it to be reduced to prevent contact with my property as it grows. OAK 3: REDUCE the canopy by up to 50% to remove the branches that directly cover the driveway and are now reaching the house and to prevent direct and further overhang of the structure. The branches are growing to the limit of my property boundary and will soon impinge as an overhang into my neighbours property, risking any fall onto/beyond the boundary wall/fences and is a future risk to me should they collapse on to the fence/wall or the land in their properties. Reduction will allow the tree to remain fully within my property and reduce the risk of future fall/damage to neighbouring properties to the east (KINGFISHER HOUSE) and south (THE ROSERY).
