Description

2/TPO/00705 -T1 Monterey cypress, remove and replant with 12-14cm standard Scots pine. The tree to be removed is a large tree that has the majority of the crown that overhangs the two adjacent properties. As a fast growing species the large sail effect, not to mention the light blocking makes it unsuitable for the location. The tree has an issue in the main fork which is that of included bark, and it would be no surprise if the tree failed at this point
