2/TPO/00082- Crown lift of 2 meters to previously approved points, for safety reasons. The lower branches of the oak tree significantly overhang the road, garden and pedestrian route, obstructing safe access and use. Vehicles at risk of damage, and we cant use or maintain our garden with low hanging branches. A branch almost hit my 2 year old.
