2/TPO/00283 - T1 - Horse Chestnut - remove small limb growing above glass/paper bins to remove obstruction to bin lorry. Reduce upper left limb by 4-5m to remove weight to parent failure. Reduce 2-3 meters form the tips of the left hand branch to prevent it growing into the road. T2 - Horse Chestnut - Reshape the lowest branches to pull the canopy in to help match the shape of the top for the last reduction.
