Description

Two Ash trees are situated within the Churchyard of All Saints Church, Ashwicken. They DO NOT appear to have TPO's and the area is not a Conservation Area - as far as we can tell. Both trees have a great deal of dead wood at high levels that need to be removed for safety reasons - possibility for injury to visitors to the Churchyard and /or damage to headstones. All the branches will be in excess of 50 mm diameter and we are applying for a faculty to allow the work to be carried our. The main body of the tree will be untouched.Nevertheless, we felt it prudent to advise you of the intended work before proceeding.
