DISCHARGE OF CONDITIONS 1 AND 2 OF LISTED BUILDING CONSENT 21/01518/LB: The current modern flat-faced fire doors (which have failed a recent inspection) need to be replaced on the second floor of the property. We are proposing that they are replaced with bespoke fire doors as per the drawings in the enclosed documents (4 panel doors) instead of a direct replacement for what is currently in place. This will greatly improve the aesthetic of that area of the house and be more in-keeping with its period features. They need to be individually made due to the size of the openings, which cannot be altered. The doors will then be painted to fit in with the decor of that part of the house
