Description

Installation of 1no air conditioning condenser unit and acoustic enclosure on 2nd floor rear terrace. As Approved under PP/24/06812: Alterations to front facade, including replacing garage doors, first floor window with new sash window, to match existing, and first floor front door. Amendments to position of high-level windows to side elevation at ground floor level, position of openings to side elevation at first floor. New openings in rear facade, including glazed, timber framed, double doors and roof and works to terrace. One new rear lead dormer with associated timber framed window. Two roof lights to front elevation. One roof light to side elevation, parapet and black painted metal balustrade to roof terrace and internal staircase. Internal reconfigurations throughout.
