Variation of Condition 2 (compliance with approved drawings) of planning permission PP/25/05579 (Variation of Condition 4 (Flood Risk Assessment/Sustainable Drainage Systems Strategy) of planning permission PP/25/03499 (Variation of condition 2 (compliance with approved drawings) of planning permission 25/01771, to allow minor modifications to ground floor side elevation window locations and retention of part of existing courtyard at ground floor level with fenestration alterations) for minor modifications to the drainage strategy as detailed in the new drainage report following on site testing. This has modified the dimensions of the attenuation tank whilst maintaining the same betterment across the site) for the provision of additional rooflights at first floor level, the use of the garden store as a pantry (no change to the footprint of the dwelling) and the provision of a glazed link within the rear lower ground floor lightwell beneath the previously approved bridge to the garden and alterations to the approved design of the rear lower ground floor lightwell doors.
