Description

Non material amendment to Planning permission 25/03720 (new UKPN electrical supply cables and ducts at basement, repairs and improvements to fire protect the basement, rooftop electrical supply cables, new Ryefield boards at roof level. Listed building consent for: internal and external alterations including new UKPN electrical supply cables and ducts, fire protection measures throughout common parts, replacement radiators to common parts, new electrical riser with fire rated doors to common parts, rationalizing cabling in common parts ceiling voids (including new cornicing to be installed within new suspended ceiling), removal of door and partition between third and fourth floors, increasing the fire rating of ground floor porter's lobbies, new fire rated doors in communal lobbies, new AOVs at the roof level on the stairwells) to allow changes to the proposed UKPN cable route.
