Non-material amendment to planning permission 25/05421 (Replacement of windows with slimline double-glazed timber sash units; installation of conservation-style rooflight; reinstatement of rear ground floor door opening; replacement of lower ground floor rear extension and lowering of lower ground floor and rear patio.) to allow the removal of the walk-on rooflight, and instead for the roof over the bay to be glazed (bay will remain the same size and shape as per the consent); also, for the windows and glazed doors to remain as painted timber, set in a painted timber structure instead of painted render.
