Non-material amendment to planning permission PP/25/02606 to replace the 2.2m wide aluminium sliding doors and timber sash window to rear lower ground floor elevation with 2 sets of 1.2m wide timber French doors; add a 1.5m (L) x 1m (W) lantern rooflight to the new portion of flat roof; relocate external lightwell staircase to sit tight against finished lightwell wall on the RHS, allowing for construction of a new planter; and adjust the garden studio size (reducing the width to 5.5m externally) and design.
