Description

Proposed repair and upgrades to roof of eastern wing and turrets, nearest to Exmoor Street: including installation of underfelt, replacing timber battens, and renewal of slate covering with Welsh slate. Replacement of asphalt covering to Juliet balconies with single ply membrane. Replacement of mini dormers to match original, with addition of flashing. Refurbishment of all external joinery, including doors, windows and timber louvres. Replacement or refurbishment of windows as required. Secondary glazing to all windows in scope. Repointing of mortar to all elevations as required. Repointing of all chimneys. Resin repairs to stone cills as required. Refurbishment or replacement of guttering and downpipes as required with cast aluminium gutters/pipework.
