Details required by Conditions 4 (works to match - sample panels required); 5) Prior to commencement of window repair works, a window repair specification including decision-making criteria for repair techniques depending on the condition of each window, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved specification; 6) Prior to installation, typical details showing how the proposed new secondary glazing will be installed, including fixing details, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.
