Description

Details required by Condition 3 (submission of details - a) Elevation (1:10) and section (1:5) drawings of new doors and architraves with details of mouldings in section (1:1) and a plan showing locations of retained / historic doors and new doors. New doors shall be made of solid timber and hand painted; b) Details of existing and proposed floor build ups in section (1:5), showing retention of historic joists, floorboards and skirting boards (which shall not be removed at any time during the works) and details of any door trimming. Drawings to include detailing of junction with architraves and skirtings. c) Detailed drawings (1:20/1:10) to show the relationship between the kitchen and French doors, including any architraves and/or shutters. The kitchen shall be set away from any existing architraves and/or shutters, and these shall be retained) of Listed Building consent LB/25/01191 (Replacement of rear bathroom window, reinstatement of original spine wall, repositioning of kitchen, renewal of bathroom fittings, rewiring of flat, and installation of engineered timber floor)
