Details required by Condition 3 (submission of details - e) Details of all new external and internal doors (including lift doors), architraves, linings and fixings, in elevation (1:10), section (1:5) and mouldings (1:1) along with a plan clearly showing new and retained door locations and a schedule setting out materials and finishes. Doors to be traditionally jointed stile and rail and where glazed to have through glazing bars; h) details of new joinery other than window and door joinery in section (1:5 or 1:1) and elevation (1:10 or 1:5) along with details of materials, colour, finishes and fixings of Listed Building consent LB/25/04426 (Works at rear: rebuilding of ground floor scullery; construction of first floor extension; creation of first floor terrace; increase in height of 1st floor parapet (Cheltenham Terrace).
