Demolition of the existing first floor level rear extension and its replacement with enlarged extension (additional 1.16m projection to the rear approximately) with a hipped natural slate roof at the same ridge height as existing, with improved detailing at the rear wall abutment. Installation of full height painted timber double glazed slot windows to side, replacement of the rear 1st floor level roof terrace decking, installation of new railings around and provision of sedum green roof and planters within remainder parts of roof area.
