Variation of Condition No. 2 (approved drawings) of ref. PP/24/05755 granted 14th February 2025 (Construction of full width infill extension at rear lower ground floor level, with creation of terrace above with railings/ stairs to garden; re-construction of closet wing with additional storey; replacement of window with French doors and Juliette balcony at first floor level and replacement of windows throughout), to: incorporate modifications to consented rear elevation to include the raising of the head of external door in rear closet wing (to align with head of doors to infill extension and simplifying the design of the doors); creation of a new rear elevation window opening above extended closet wing and; to reposition the main front entrance door from its current recessive location closer to the line of the main front fa?ade.
