Description

Removal of existing flat roof coverings down to original asphalt substrate across main flat roof areas, tank room roof, and pram/bin store roofs and replacement with new high-performance single-ply membrane system increasing finished roof level by up to 150mm. Installation of GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) edge trim to terminate new coverings and overlap existing perimeter coping stones by approximately 25mm.
