Obligation: the section 106 agreement linked to the listed building consent (Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea ref LB/10/01752) and subsequent discharge of condition (Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea ref CON/14/02875) that were granted on 9 August 2010 and 16 January 2015 respectively in relation to refurbishment of The Long Wards at The Royal Hospital Chelsea. The application seeks to modify the section 106 agreement to reflect the return of the cornices and pilasters to The Royal Hospital Chelsea, and to reflect that they will no longer be used at Kirklinton Hall (Carlisle, CA6 638).
