Description

Internal and external alterations to the rear basement and rear terrace. This work would include changes to the rear storage vault areas and restoration and repair works throughout: restoration of fireplaces; installation of a cavity drain tanking system on the walls, floors and ceiling of the rear vaults; and a new waterproofing system for the rear terrace, requiring existing historic mosaic to be lifted and new mosaic laid to match existing; and making good and restoring the external gate and railings.
