Removal of Condition 13 (Small-scale ground gas and vapour) of planning permission PP/21/05630 (Construction of single storey basement with associated plant and grilles; erection of side extension to accommodate a lift; erection of ground floor rear extension and roof alterations) as comprehensive ground investigations and monitoring have been undertaken which conclude there are no readings of ground gases to cause concern. As such, Condition 13 is no longer applicable to the development approved under PP/21/05630.
