Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) of planning permission PP/24/03794 (Partial rebuilding of 56 Clabon Mews with altered form, lowered lower-ground floor and swimming pool; rebuilding of rear out shoot link; kitchen installation; alterations to second and third floors; alteration to rear third floor landing and terrace access; glazed cover, lift overrun and third floor terrace. Renewal of services) to introduce a small adjustment in width of garage door to Clabon Mews and to allow garage to be used for the parking of a car. Removal of Condition 8 (parking) as adjustment to door opening would mean condition is no longer required. Remove reference to 'as proposed internal reflected ceiling plans' from NMA/25/00968 (Inclusion of drawing numbers omitted by Council in error from decision notice as issued for PP/24/03794), approved 05/03/2025, for clarity.
